Zucchini Casserole III
very tasty, a must for the summer BBQ side dishes. Light and healthy.

Easy Focaccia
great recipe, will definately make it again and add the parmesan and rosemary to the dow mixture and not on top. Might even go wild and add crushed garlic. great base for any foccacia mix.

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs
Great recipe, but I think I marrinaded the chicken for too long, (about 6 hours in the fidge) it turned a bit pasty and fell a part easily but will definately make it again.
