Well, I have to say I was skeptical...baked canned tuna didn't sound good, but my boyfriend insisted we try it. It was ok. Now, I do change a few things. First I use a low sodium soup. Second, I use bread crumb with a little metled butter instead of potatoe chips and last, I leave the veggies frozen until I bake it.

I tried this as is...and it was ok. I made some changes and tweaked and this is how I found it to be the best. 1. I ommitted the cream cheese all together. I added an extra cup of shreded cheese and 3 extra eggs. I also made this once in my muffin tin and it was great this way. I froze the muffins and now I can pull on out and microwave it real quick and have quick hot breakfast

Iloved this. You can adjust the recipe for as many as your crockpot can hold. Or just a couple. I added some sage. Also at the very end of cooking I removed the turkey breast added a box of Stove top, it wasn't as good as thanksgiving but wasn't that hard either
