This eggnog recipe is great. I made this last year and I'm already getting requests for it again this year. Only change I made is I add a famous chocolatiers White Chocolate Liquor to it and it makes it amazing. Thanks for the recipe!

Fantastic recipe!!! The only problem I had with this was finding gingersnaps!!! I went to 6 stores before I found them lol. But make sure you use gingersnaps because they made the cheesecake as good as it was. I also did the same as another person (the picture on the recipe) and had the crust come up high. It turned out great that way. This had a perfect pumpkin flavor. It almost tasted like a creamy pumpkin pie. Thanks for the great recipe!! My family thanks you!!

This was fantastic!!! The only change I made was I added a little bit of cinnamon to the sweet potato mixture and I ground up the pecans in my food processor and added them to the streussel topping. I think it came out better that way instead of chopping into huge bits of pecans. Thanks for the great recipe!!!
