really good, easy to make. did use old bay(i was out of hot sauce) and didn't have pimento. will make again for sure.

Hollandaise Sauce

Easy Turkey Curry

Really good. I also used a bit more curry, and a little extra milk. The flavor is great and it's fast and easy to make. Thanks for an idea to get rid of my leftover turkey. BTW, My family loved it.

Perfect! Everyone loved it. I always made the "country turkey gravy" made with milk, but the kids and my DH liked this way better. It was fast, easy and really taste great. I love a recipe with few ingredients, little preparation, and easy to make. Thanks a bunch!

Cabbage Jambalaya

Used this recipe with leftover cabbage (from corned beef and cabbage) sausage and meatballs from spaghetti meal yesterday, and a little chicken left over from a roast. OMG!!!! this was great with the rice, tomatoes, and other ingredients. Thanks for another quick easy delicious way to fix cabbage.

Angel's Chunky Chicken Salad

I just made this for my hubby. He loved it! I did use a little less onion because I know his tastes, but this is a great recipe. By the way, a great addition is some cherry or grape tomatoes if you like. Thanks for the recipe Angel.
