Peach Curry Glazed Pork Chops
Quick, easy, and tasty! I had some mango-habernero preserves that I used in place of jam. Added a nice kick to it. Definately a keeper!

Quick Black Forest Cake
I'd give this ten stars if I could! Only had 2 eggs, and it still came out perfect. I made it for hubby's birthday and he raved! Love it, Love it Love it! thank you!

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies
Used dark and white choc chips because that's what I had on hand. Bumped up the spices with Chinese 5 Spice. Big, moist double yummy cookies! Thanks for a great recipe, this one is a winner!
