Balsamic Tortellini
Pretty Good. Quick and Easy. But not amazing. I'll use it again as a quick weeknight dinner, but maybe not for company.

Simple Tuna Melt
I split it into two sandwiches and used what I had handy. No pickles. Swiss cheese instead of cheddar. I liked the way it turned out. A good quick lunch. Very easy. I'll make this again.

Soft Polenta with Spicy Tomato Sauce
This turned out great. Great presentation. Great combination of flavors with the mildness of the polenta and the sweet spiciness of the sauce. A great romantic dinner for me and my girlfriend.
