Mexican Layered Dip
I made this for my sister in law's baby shower and it was gone in seconds! Really nice twist with the guacomole.

Weekend Brunch Casserole
I used 6 maple syrup sausage patties browned and crumbled, onion powder,seasoned salt, and pepper,only had 1/2 cup mozzarella, so substituted 1 1/2 cups cheddar...it smelled really good cooking and my boyfriend loves it! Thanks! I will definitely make this again.
