Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I always wonder why people use a baking mix when it's just as quick to whip pancakes up from scratch. Thank you for the delicious recipe - "as is"!!

Sweet and Sour Chicken I
Awesome! Tonight is the second time cooking it this week! The leftovers disappear very fast. I used boneless chicken thighs (Cheaper and we prefer the dark meat) And salted and doused the chicken with MSG before mixing it into the batter. Yum, yum!!

D's Famous Salsa
Perfect as is, and simple to make. I will never buy a jar of salsa again! Next time I will freshen it up with some 'maters from the garden!
