Pineapple Upside-down Cake Martinis

yummy. Made them with regular vodka and they were good but had a little more bite. Liked the vanilla ones better.

These made many more than 24. Next time I would half the recipe. I put each in a mini cupecake paper and they looked very impressive. Almost like mini cheese balls. I would also roll them in other things for a variety.

Pepperoni Stuffed Mushrooms

I also used bread crumbs instead of the cracker crumbs. I made the chicken broth with a bullion cube. I put a fer pieces of shredded cheese on top of each.

German Chocolate Pie

GA Peach Pound Cake

I used 3 cups of peaches. The first time I forgot to coat the peaches, but found no difference at all. I dusted the cake with confectioners sugar. Sometimes I serve with a little ice cream.

Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers

I 1/2 the recipe, but I was afraid of the amount of jalapenos, so I only used less than 1/2 cup. They really did not have a bite at all, so I will up the amount next time. I sealed them very carefully and did not have any trouble with them coming apart. They were nice and juicy.

Ultimate Party Meatballs

My son-in law said they were the best meatballs he ever had. I added a dash of worcestershire sauce. So much easier than making your own meatballs, and you would never know they were pre made.

Ma's Premium Ice Cream Pie

I used a whole 1/2 gallon of ice cream and made my own crust with chocolate graham crackers. I had to put it in a deep dish pie pan & it was pretty full I did not find the sauce hard to spread at all. Can use any flavor ice cream.
