Loved it! I followed the recipe exactly (except used whole wheat couscous) and it turned out great! Next time I might add a little more lime juice and possibly a little more olive oil but other than I thought it was a great recipe! We ate it with corn chips and also cucumber slices and it was delicious!

I have tried many recipes on this website and have found many great recipes, however I have never rated one before. That all changed when I tasted my pie!! I was so happy and impressed with this recipe I JUST HAD TO REVIEW IT!! I have never made a pie before so I was a little nervous, but this was super easy and seriously amazing!! I followed some of the other reviews and poured half of the caramel mixture on top and half on the apples, added a little bit of cinnamon and nutmeg and it came out perfect! My friends loved and it and it was gone in a flash, thanks so much Grandma Ople :)
