Black Bean, Corn and Turkey Chili
Pretty good. I usually have these ingredients on hand. The only change I made was an additonal can of fire roasted tomatoes. I think some tomato paste would have also been a good addition as it was pretty thin.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Gravy
I marinated the chicken in buttermilk all day and added a couple glugs of Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Kelly absolutely loved this chicken.
