Slow Cooker Pork Chops II

Pretty good, but I wish I would have cut back on the poultry seasoning because I think it was a tad overpowering. I will definitely make this again and tweak it to suit our personal taste. Thanks for the quick and easy recipe!

Creamy Mustard Pork Chops

I must admit that I didn't have high expectations for this one, but it turned out much better than I thought it would! I made it exactly as written, except I used garlic pepper instead of lemon pepper. Good but not wonderful. It gets 4 stars since it was super quick and easy.

Pork Chops with Apple Curry Sauce

I made this last night and it was great. The only change I made was to the temperature and time - as others suggested I baked at 350 for 30 minutes - and it was NOT done. I had to put it back in for another 10 minutes or so, but I admit my chops were fairly thick. I just served with plain white rice, green beans, and a simple salad. I thought the amount of curry was just right!

Faux-reos

Wow, these are good! I baked for only 8 minutes because I didn't want them to get too crispy, and they were perfect. The only complaint I have is that this makes a huge batch and they are hard to resist!!!

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken

Very easy to make. I used half and half and doubled the sauce, as per other's suggestions. I served it over angel hair pasta. It was a big hit with my husband! I would definitely recommend using fresh tarragon. Yum!

Chicken Hurry

This was super easy and quite good. Very flavorful. I used chicken tenders since it was what I had on hand, and didn't change any other parts of the recipe. It was just a little too sweet for me (maybe not enough chicken compared to how much sauce was there?), but my husband loved it. I should have served over rice, as others suggested, that would have been delish!

Coconut Rice

I made this tonight, and it was pretty good, but more curry flavored than coconut. I used jasmine rice, and only simmered for about 15 minutes. Next time I will add more onion, or something else to give it a little more zing. Still, it was quite good!

Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms

I thought this recipe was quite good, and very easy. I dredged the chicken in flour (as someone else suggested) and I doubled the capers (as others suggested). My husband had seconds, which is always a good sign!

Pork with Peach and Black Bean Salsa

Yummy. I used almost the entire can of black beans and used medium salsa. I was liberal with the cilantro. I served it over some basmati rice. My husband and I both loved it. Super easy and quick. This will be something I definitely make again. Thanks!
