I am a stay-at-home mom of four small children. I enjoy experimenting with my cooking to find different dishes that the whole family will enjoy. I've been cooking since I was in my early teens, and am getting quite good if I do say so myself =P

Amazing Chicken
Yummy! I used miracle whip instead of mayo, and it turned out great! The chicken was moist and tender, the whole family loved it! The only change I would make would be to add a little more seasoning to the bread crumbs. Will definitely make this again!
