Homemade Salami
This was just okay. The log turns brown after baking, so if your not used to eating brown salami, this recipe is not for you. Looks more like sausage than salami. However, the combined spices made for a decent flavor. But I also tripled the garlic.

Clone of a Cinnabon
What more can be said? Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I used a bread machine to make the dough. Easy. Mixed the butter, cinnamon & sugar together, rolled out the dough, spread it on. Easy. Rolled it up, cut into 12 pieces. Easy. Put in fridge overnight. Left out for 30 minutes before baking. Easy. I also made extra icing...for those who love to slather it on! SO easy...and absolutely fabulous!

Fleischkuechle (Flesh-Keek-Luh)
I love trying out old family recipes because they have been around for so long and loved for so many years. But this one seemed to be lacking in flavor. It definitely required some other seasonings or ingredient in the filling, or maybe the addition of a dipping sauce. My kids didn't like the grease that came from it when they bit into the dumpling. But that may have been due to the fact that I didn't use the very leanest ground beef.
