Stewed Cabbage

I used a can of diced tomatoes with Italian herbs instead of stewed tomatoes. It had a good flavor.

Hearty Lentil Soup

Great taste. It's really more of a stew than a soup (and we added an extra cup of stock and extra water). In one bowl I added balsamic vinegar and in another added tabasco. Both were great. I highly recommend.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I doubled the liquid, added garlic powder, and used only a top crust. We loved it. My husband thought it was a bit salty, so I may reduce the amount of salt next time.

Sherbet Punch

We used lime sherbet and served it at our Christmas party. Everyone loved it, and it looked pretty. Some people even mixed it with the red wine and said it was good that way as well. Next time I might add some club soda in place of some of the sodas to cut down the sweetness.

Zucchini Bread IV

This recipe is fantastic. I toast the bread before cutting it up so it won't get soggy. Even my husband who doesn't like zucchini likes this!

This recipe is wonderful! I think the balsamic vinegar is the ingredient that really gives it flavor. I put in an extra Tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and loved it.

B Muffins

These are amazing! The best muffins I have every had and they are filling. I substituted applesauce for the oil and put in a few extra frozen blueberries. Next time I will try them with a little less sugar to make them healthier.

These were great!! Everyone I gave one to loved them. Will definitely make again. I did use less white and brown sugar as suggested by earlier reviewer and they were plenty sweet.

Bean Quesadillas

These are awesome! I did use a can of diced tomatoes with green chiles instead of the tomatoes. I also added more garlic and a little chili powder. We put them on a cookie sheet in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes and didn't even need to flip them.

African Peanut Soup

I thought this was great. It has a different flavor from the things we usually eat and it was a nice change. I did add an extra 2 cups of water, doubled the rice, and tripled the chili powder.
