My dad grills everything! So all holidays include grilled food.

Learning how to cook with alternative flours (tapioca, quinoa, rice, potato). It's not easy, but can be done!
My cooking tragedies
Learning to cook with alternative flours...don't use tapioca flour to thicken soup...it gels as it cools and ends up a slimy ball on the bottom of the pan...or your bowl!
