Bacon Quiche Tarts

took these to ladies' bunco night and they were a huge hit! I made mini ones by separating the "flaky layers" into three biscuits and lining the trays with the new, "thinner" biscuits...worked like a charm!

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler

Loved it! This is my new standard cobbler recipe! I didn't have enough fruit on hand, so I halved the filling and added some bluberries to make an 9x9" dish, but I kept the full recipe of crust. It was delicious!

Blueberry Scones

I've made these several times, and loved them every time...perfect flavor! The batter is a bit sticky so I just shape them a little by hand after spooning them onto the tray to get that "scone" shape. Maybe I'll try the extra bit of flour others have suggested. Great recipe!
