I have an advanced case of fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue syndrome right now. Anything I do involves pain and usually 2-3 days of recovery.
My favorite things to cook
I love to make pies, experimenting with crust designs. I also love to try lots of differents ingredients when I bake chicken. So far even the oddest ones have been successful.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I usually get some help at holidays. My youngest son wants to be a chef someday, so he is a big help and a "natural".
My cooking triumphs
I've had lots of compliments on my cinnamon rolls, pies, baked chicken, biscuits, homemade soups.
My cooking tragedies
When I was young I attempted to make Peanut Butter cookies for my Mom and Dad and three older brothers. Well, instead of 1/4 tsp. of salt, I used 1/4 CUP of salt. Just imagine!!!!!
