Anything grilled, new or mexican. We love to grill an entire meal. We have a prep station by the grill and all work together, makes for a great summer night! I love to make up soups, or casseroles. When first married and poor, I would ask American, Mexican or Italian? Then proceed with hmbg., canned veggies, beans, pasta, rice, cheese, etc. and call it "stuff in a pot". Fettucine alfredo, made with sweetened condensed milk, instead of evaporated skim milk. UGH!
