Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
This is an amazing salad. I added mandarin oranges and grilled chicken to it so it was more of a main course for dinner.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Easy meal to throw together in the morning and then enjoy at dinner time. I use one can Hot Rotel and one can Regular since we like our food spicy. Makes great leftovers.

Dijonnaise Chicken
Loved the idea but it was too lemony for us and I love lemon. Next time, I think I will leave out the lemon pepper seasoning or cut back on the lemon juice.
