So moist and yummy! I rubbed softened butter on the turkey breast- on and under the skin and then added the onion mix on that. It stuck real nice. I also rubbed on a few of my favorite seasonings for my taste preference(pepper, salt, paprika, a touch of sugar and garlic powder) Cooked as directed and it was delicious. Don't pass it up. I also think there is no reason to add in chicken broth because the juices the turkey makes are plentiful. It would be way to much liquid if I had added in broth to start. I also basted mine every hour since I was home. YUM!
