Love to cook, love to read, and love to dance. I have two wonderful boys in my life. One is 10 yrs. old, and one is 36. I live in the country, and plan to stay that way. I am a "transplant" to Wisconsin. Now a cheesehead, and proud of it! Cheesecake. French Toast. I love cooking in my slowcooker. Fix it and forget it. :D Pretty much anything easy. I don't like anything that takes over an hour to prepare or have to search several stores for ingredients. On Mother's Day every year my fiance makes me Swedish Pancakes. I make a really simple Chicken Potpie. Everyone in my family loves it. I make a good Chicken Cordon Bleu. My family requests it quite often. I love making cheesecakes. I only had one NOT turn out. It was a bit on the dry side, and it cracked on top. My son loved it though. Children are great :) Whenever I cook for my mother, she is so impressed and in awe of what I make. She thinks I am a wonderful cook. It makes me so happy that I can impress her, she is my best friend. I learned from her, but she denies that she ever cooked that way. When I was a child, I made chocolate chip cookies. I put in a Tablespoon of salt instead of the teaspoon. EWWWW salty cookies! I also have made runny mashed potatoes, too much milk. Also, taking some cokies out of the oven, I burnt my right wrist when I was like 14. Still have the scar. I probably have many more tragedies that I do not recall them all.
