Absolutely Excellent Oatmeal Cookies
Nice cake-y texture, simple flavour. I used whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose and that turned out pretty good.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
This crust had a nice crisp exterior and a chewy inside, so good! Definitely the best I've tried!
