Orange Tapioca Salad

Very refreshing and easy to make. Didn't add the pineapple, and I'm glad I didn't. Smooth and creamy goodness!

Caramel Apple Bars II

I loved them, but they didn't go very quickly at a family reunion potluck. I might experiment with using less butter so I don't feel so guilty eating them!

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup

Great recipe! I followed some of the other reviewers idea of 2/3 cup of PB, honey, brown sugar, and raisins. Even hubby said "not bad" which is a high compliment for anything containing oats! Kids age 2 and 4 loved them too!

Carrot Oatmeal Muffins

I made this with my 4 year old daughter and we both loved it! No need for the cream cheese filling, but it would be great with a cream cheese frosting! We made ours in mini loaf pans and baked for 30+ minutes. Definitely use 1/4 c oil and the rest applesauce, and next time I might not add the coconut. I can't wait to share with my health conscious sister. Delicious!!

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

I love this dish! I've tried using orzo in other recipes, but I always come back to this one. Since I never have fresh basil on hand, dried has always suited me just fine. Sometimes I use olive oil to brown the orzo, and it adds a different flavor too. YUMMY!
