I am married to a great husband, and a am mommy to my 2 year old son and almost 4 year old daughter. Our house is busy!! I teach full-time too. I love to make big pots of soup, casseroles (to have easy reheats for dinner), and baking. I have proudly made birthday cakes for each of my kids' birthdays. I've done: a monkey cake and banana cupcakes, the boat from the Wonderpets, 2 cakes shaped like ice cream cones, a flower, a "Pinkalicious" princess cake, star cakes, and a train cake.
