Honey Cake   From "The Successful Housekeeper:  A Manual of Universal Application"  1883   I was curious about this old recipe due to the caraway seed ingredient.  I'm not sure what size pan this should be baked in - I used a 9x9 square and it came right up to the top. MORE

Strawberry and Feta Salad
This recipe is the best! I used a combination of spring greens and romaine. I didn't use all the dressing - this was enough for two salads. What a delicious salad.

Brisket with BBQ Sauce
Great brisket recipe. I baked for 5 hours and added about 1/2 cup water the last hour to keep from burning on the bottom (before adding sauce and baking for another hour).
