This dish was terrific with our Thanksgiving dinner. 4 stars only because it's so simple and easy. Wish I'd thought of it.

I made these exactly as directed with excellent results! I used an egg wash with 5 minutes left to bake which gave them this great color and shine.

I used cooked rice I'd frozen from an overly ambitious stuffed pepper project this summer and this proved to be easy and delicious. I substituted pineapple tidbits for raisins but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for sharing. We loved it.

Other than substituting (a little too much) ground cayenne for the red pepper flakes, I prepared this exactly as directed. This was very simple and an interesting change of pace. Thanks for sharing.

Giving this one four stars because, while my version tasted delicious, the measurements are vague. What I mean is: how large is "1 eggplant"? Or "2 small tomatoes"? I also got some mixed messages from other reviews...not tender enough...mine was too mushy. Nevertheless, I had some nice fresh herbs and served it with a side of pasta with a touch of evoo and we loved it.

I am blessed with an abundance of these ingredients this summer. I forgot the onions but otherwise made as directed. The timing was a little off by using a round Pyrex dish...but it worked out OK. This dish is just as advertised: highlights summer flavors!

This is an ingenious method to unguilt eggplant parmesan. I am withholding the fifth star because there is much which is subjective...sauce, "Italian seasoned bread crumbs", covered or uncovered. I have eggplants in the garden this year so I will use this often. Thanks for posting.

I made these exactly per the recipe except for adding carmelized onions. They're very good. If I ever go vegetarian, this will be in the top 5.

I could have done something wrong, but this is a fairly simple recipe so I don't think so. I let it set up in the freezer about 6 hrs. My fresh strawberry pieces were jaw breakers and when I let it sit out so they would melt a little, the pudding/cream cheese/cool whip/cookie part turned into mush quickly with no crispy cookie texture. I used my own homemade strawberry freezer jam in place of the ice cream topping and that gave it a really great strawberry taste. All in all, I'd say this dish has an identity crisis: Is it ice cream? Is it pudding? Is it cheesecake? Beats me. I won't be making it again and I'm not looking forward to finishing the rest of it that's still in the freezer. Sorry.

This is a delicious pie. I used a store-bought chocolate graham cracker crust that was collecting dust in the pantry and I spread cream cheese on the crust for richness like others suggested. I loaded up my pie with strawberries and had enough leftover glaze for a second pie...but no crust. So I made strawberry "pudding". Thanks for sharing this recipe. Four stars only because it's so simple.

This rates a 5 for being something new to do with potatoes, but the flavor wasn't what I'd hoped for. I will definitely try again and tweak to suit my tastes. Very interesting. Thanks for sharing.

I probably shouldn't be reviewing this because I didn't measure anything that went into the pot. However, I did use all the ingredients (minus salt) and a couple extras to use up leftovers. I'm calling this is a great "template recipe". Thanks for sharing.

Other than switching raisins for pecans, I followed this recipe exactly. I added a couple tablespoons of milk to dough because it seemed dry while mixing in the KA. After that, the dough was very easy to work with. They are everything you want in sticky buns. Very substantial and the recipe is well-written. Perfect amount of ooey-gooey. I baked them in a 9 X 14 pan.

I just finished my second batch of these adorable treats. I'd thought to practice these for Easter, but then saw the appropriateness to use them for favors for a baby shower we're having at work this week. I added a Peep for a bit more drama. I used hard shell chocolate eggs instead of jelly beans. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. I highly recommend this one.

I'm of an age where I just couldn't use an actual recipe for meatloaf but I DID follow the glaze recipe and it was wonderful. I also threw some beef boullion into the mix which may have enhanced the flavor too. I'm sure I'll make this again.

My first attempt at cinnamon bread, this turned out quite delicious. I'm also delighted that it is so beautiful! I used the precise quantities called for but based on other bread-baking experience, I changed the add-in order of ingredients. I used my KA dough hook and since I didn't want the raisins beat up I added them last. I forgot the melted butter until after the second rise and I think adding it at that late time may have affected the crust. I'll report later the verdict from the four little guinea pigs next door.

This is a great recipe for rolls. I baked them on my baguette pans and put poppy seeds on half. I followed the recipe exactly but adjusted temp. per the pan mfr. The dough is very nice to work with in the stated quantities. I used my KA mixer. The texture is very rustic like french bread and I'm quite quite pleased with my effort.
