OMG! I am a vegeterian and have made many vegetable casseroles including the traditional green bean casserole and the added cheese and corn in this recipe makes an amazing difference. The only thing I changed was instead of white corn I used a can of the mixed yellow and white corn, that was what I had and it came out so good that is what I will continue to do. My husband begs me to make it every time we have our Sunday potlucks at church and it is always quick to go!

WOW!!! My husband is not a big eater nor is he a chicken lover but he does like artichokes and all he kept saying throughout dinner was how good it was. He usually always eats light on Monday nights because he goes to a soup fellowship after dinner but went back for seconds and took leftovers for lunch the next day. Not to mention my kids cleaned their plate which is also very rare. I don't think I have ever had chicken come out so moist,even looked beautiful and delicious when it came out of the oven. I cooked slightly longer due to large pieces of chicken breasts but did follow the recipe exactly and will be making often!

Amazing!! This recipe has exceeded the taste test of my kids who always complain about tuna casseroles, sandwiches etc. I was reluctent to add the 3 TBS of relish because my husband is not a pickle person though I am glad I did. However, there is no doubt that the curry is the secret ingredient that makes a world of difference and has won the heart of my entire household. Will be making tuna often now (without complaints) and also can't wait to share with others!
