Glazed Apple Cream Pie
The pie was amazing. Everyone loved it. I used 3-4 cortland apples and the custard was delish. Thanks for the recipe. I will be making this again.

Pear Pie III
Great pie! I used 4 green over ripe pears and cut back on the sugar by half. Very good!

Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs
These were the best ribs ever! I used my own mix of spices, but cooked them on a gas grill just over 1 hour. I didn't open the lid once. They came out perfectly tender, but not falling off the bone. Great recipe....thanks for sharing it.
