These rolls are amazing (and they look pretty, too)! I made them using quick-rise yeast because I was short on time and they turned out great: fluffy, golden brown, and delicious! I will definitely make these over and over.

Chunky Pecan Pie Bars

My family loves these rich bars, but I've changed the recipe just a bit: instead of using a whole package of chocolate chunks, I use about a half package of Nestle caramel chocolate swirl morsels instead :) The result = a not-so-overwhelmingly-chocolatey taste with a creamy caramel addition.

Cranberry Orange Loaf

Tastes excellent! I used just a tiny bit more sugar than called for in the recipe and it turned out delicious, especially after it's aged about a day. Wonderful recipe; perfect for gift-giving.

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men

These cookies taste awesome! I love the blend of spices--very tasty. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I found the dough to be very sticky when rolling out and I had to add a LOT of extra flour. Other than that, this recipe is a keeper.
