Roast Chicken with Rosemary
So tasty!!! I followed the recipe as is but separated the skin from the breast and stuffed the space with fresh rosemary and butter. Delsih!!!

Golden Sweet Cornbread
I tried this with applesauce and it was a complete flop! So I stick with the original recipe. For added convenience, I bake these as cornbread muffins and they turn out amazing! SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!

Moroccan Lentil Soup
Very good! I add a bit more ginger and garlic to the soup for extra oomph. I have made this dozens of times and I always love it. It is not a very fussy soup as I've substituted bulgur wheat for the lentils and it was still great. I can't wait for winter and the excuse to make this delicious home-made soup!
