I'm Originally from Canada but have strong Eastern European roots. After studying Culinary Arts, I have created my own style of easy and sometimes not so easy recipes I can share over the phone with my cooking challenged girlfriends. Cooking is my hobby, my love in life, and my masterpiece occasionally. I enjoy cooking anything that has a bit of a challenge to it...and of course easy things on long hard days :) My family is from Russia..I enjoy cooking a lot of Russian things, and sometimes applying a bit of russian to non russian recipes I find on here. My biggest cooking triumph is perfecting my grandmothers recipes...although they'll never quite taste just as good as hers do..I do okay I guess :) My cooking tragedies usually go straight to the garbage..with me it's all or nothing.
