Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

Great recipe> I used to use the oven. But a slow cooker makes more sense. I use a 9 pound pork shoulder and I increase the liquid smoke to my taste. Great hassle free recipe.

The color was nice but the flavor was bland. Should have read the reviews before making this recipe. I would add more sugar and go half cream corn half whole kennels if i decide to make this again

Beer Batter Fish Made Great

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

This is the best sugar cookies I ever made! I did follow a few tips from other reviews. I added a cup of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla. I used powder sugar instead of flour to roll out the dough. I used parchment paper to minimize the mess.

Refried Beans Without the Refry

Great recipe. I didnt use a crock pot. I soaked the beans for 4 hours. After soaking the beans I out al the ingredients in to a medium pot on medium-high heat for 2 hours. Mashed them up and my family couldnt believe refried beans could taste so good. They hated refried beans until now. Thanks.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

The recipes was good I took the advice from other reviews and dip the chicken in egg. I also added Parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs. I seasoned the chicken with supreme chicken seasoning along with the salt and pepper.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I gave this recipe 3 stars because it called for too much flour. I made this cookies twice. The first time I followed the exact recipe. The second time I reduced the flour to 2 1/2cups. Needless to say my family stayed away from batch one and devoured batch 2.

Amazing Chicken

This chicken was great. As I was making it my husband look at the mayo and suggested I not make it or be prepared to cook a second dinner. Well he was wrong and he loved it. He wanted more. I did add cayenne, cumin, salt and garlic powder to the mayo for flavor.

Authentic Enchiladas Verdes

This recipe was good. I made a few adjustments. I replaced the cheese with Monterey Jack. I also wrapped the Monterey Jack in with the chicken. I placed all the enchiladas in a baking dish and poured all the remaing sauce on top. Covered it with cheese and put it in the oven till cheese melt.
