I was born and raised in Hawaii, with Hawaii having so many different cultures I was raised to love all types of food. I love to cook all types of food. I like to challenge myself and at the same time keep my dinners interesting for my family. My favorite cooking traditions is Thanksgiving dinner. I may have put a few twist on the menu from when I was a kid. Successfully cooking southern foods. I like to have everything measured and ready to go before I start cooking.
