I am a wife to a wonderful and supportive husband and a mother to 4 boys and 1 girl. I enjoy photography and entertaining and of course, cooking... I will cook anything at anytime and for anyone.I love it and don't really have a favorite. I really would like to be able to consider myself a baker (currently, I'm far from it). I would also love to decorate beautiful cakes and cookies. Hm... none that come to mind at this time... I would say my cooking triumphs started at a young age. Perhaps 10 when I learned how to boil an artichoke. :) This is my all time favorite dish so every time I taste the heart dipped in melted butter I can't help but feel I succeeded. I once ruined beef stroganoff. It wasn't edible by any standards. I think that has to be one of the easier meals to make. I have yet to live that down.
