Paul's Pumpkin Bars
Yummy! Very moist. I only used 1 1/2 cups of sugar to make the icing, and then I only used about 1/2 of the icing and that was enough for my family. Next time, I'll scale the icing part down & reduce the sugar again.

Apple Sausage Pitas
Very quick and easy. I suggest cooking the sausages 1/2 to 2/3 of the way, then drain the grease before adding the apples. I liked that the syrup added flavor, but wasn't overwhelming. It's a keeper.

My kids liked this a lot. It's quick & easy. I substitued bacon & mushrooms in the egg filling. Yummy!
