Cornbread Pudding
This was delicious, but I'm glad I remembered that my recipe added a stick of melted butter. It is better reheated the next day.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
This is just like my recipe that I've been using for years. Use butter, not margarine for better flavor!
