White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Fantastic! A great change of pace from the traditional variety! I used fresh basil right out of my herb garden and we also added some freshly grated romano cheese. It was great. Definitely a new favorite!

Grammy Burnham's Molasses Cookies

Great flavor! My father in law just loved them, and he is a molassas cookie connoisseur! Don't make them too large, however. I used a med scoop on the first batch and they spread out to the size of a saucer!
