Blueberry Crisp II

Easy and delicious - what more can you ask for? I followed the recipe exactly but coated the blueberries with flour because they were frozen. I loved it!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2009
Delicious! I used this frosting on a dark chocolate cake (two 9 inch pans). I used about 1 1/3 cup confectioners sugar and a 1 1/2 cup Wegman's peanut butter. I also substuted heavy cream for the milk.

Delicious! I made this for my husband's birthday with peanut butter frosting. I used a cup of buttermilk instead of milk and deleted the vinegar. I used two 9 inch pans.

Gnocchi Bake

Five stars for taste and ease! My husband liked it just the way it was but I may add a little more sauce next time. I did use 2 cups of cheese.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2008
Excellent!! I did not use the root beer because I didn't want it too sweet, was looking for middle of the road because I was having a little party of five of neighbors & didn't want too sweet or too spicy so I used pork sirloin rib end roast 4.17 lb.(butcher's recommendation) with 1 cup of water. I put it in the slow cooker, high for two hours, low for five hours, pulled the pork (super easy with a fork - I am a total novice), drained and put the meat back in the slow cooker with two bottles Bullseye original barbecue sauce. I served it on potato rolls (central PA) with cole slaw & everyone loved it. I'm very happy since this is the first time I've tried pulled pork. I will most definitely make again!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I made these for a party at work and they were great. They had a nice spice flavor to them. I was asked if it was a family recipe.

Stuffed Green Peppers II

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2005
This is a great recipe! I made this recipe last night and reheated for my parents tonight. They both thought it was great. My mom asked for the recipe. My dad said it brought him back to when he used to have it when he was a kid. I did use ground turkey (I browned it with a little olive oil). I topped it with mozzarella cheese before putting in the oven. Also, I cooked it at 350 for one hour. Thank you Julie!
