Good but nothing special.

Fast Rice Pudding

This was a clever recipe but it will need some adjusting for my tastes. I thought it was too sticky and much too sweet.

Iowa Pork Steak

I used Campbell's golden mushroom and a can of skim milk instead of cream of mushroom and a can of water and this was absolutely delicious!
