Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash
This was very good and very easy....it makes a lot too. I really like the fact that there was no butter, cream, sugar, etc. involved and no getting out the mixer. The garlic flavor was wonderful but I am still trying to figure out if the Parmesan cheese flavor worked well or not.....? Next time I make it I may leave that out. I served this with a green salad and Lloyd Rushing's BBQ rib recipe from this site-yum!
