Rice Casserole
This was way too dry. I think the flavor combination was o.k. after a few modifications to my tastes, but couldn't get over how dry it was. Not a big hit with the family.

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage
I can't really rate this honestly as I, too made a few changes to the recipe. I omitted the wine as another reviewer had and added sugar to the sauce as well as oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, basil and parsley. It was a huge success with the husband for sure. I will definitely make this again.

Cheesy Chicken and Potato Casserole
This was pretty good and very simple. I made it exactly as the recipe called for this time. Next time I will season the chicken before I add it to the potatoes. This was a hit with the kids!
