I am a wife and mother of three and also a nursing student. I am going to be a neonatal nurse although I still have a ways to go. I love to cook and make everything from scratch. I can't wait to teach my children everything I know. I would love to have my own restaurant someday Gumbo, spicy crab stir fry, and pumpkin bread. Aything Southern! Also, I love to try cooking new dishes. I love my Grandma's chicken 'n' dumplings and cornbread dressing. I make the chicken and dumplings for my kids and cornbread dessing for Xmas every year. Gumbo!! I love everything Cajun and this is the best thing I make. The first time I made my great-grandma's hot water chocolate cake, I forgot the sugar! Needless to say, it was awful.
