I didn't actually taste this recipe as I'm a vegetarian but I cooked it for my carnivorous husband and kids and they all really enjoyed it. The recipe was easy to make and was something different to do with pork chops. I made the recipe exactly as submitted. I also cut the fat off the pork chops before cooking so that my sauce didn't end up greasy.

These were excellent pancakes, my whole family liked them! I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of the buttermilk because I didn't have any so I did the milk/vinegar thing and they turned out fine. The pancakes were very light and fluffy and 1 batch of batter made ten 3 inch pancakes. This was plenty with bacon and eggs to go with them but if we were just having pancakes I would double the recipe for a family of 4. Thanks for the great recipe!

I made this recipe in the summer. I kept a few jars for myself and gave some to friends. Everyone commented on how good it was. I really enjoy it. It is quite sweet, but not too sweet for my taste. It was also very easy to make. I will definately make this again. Thanks for the great recipe!
