I'm a stay at home mom with an infant son and a 2 year old son. Italian dinners and baking. My mom let me help her make dinner from a very early age, and now my 2 year old son always has a job when I make dinner, even if it's just stiring the lettuce for salad. :) Lasagne is my claim to fame and won me the heart of my husband. The first time I ever followed a recipe I was 7 makeing stroganouf and I cooked dinner all by myself but I put a whole table spoon of salt in it instead of a teaspoon it was sooo salty, but everyone ate it anyway. My Dad said he liked it that way. :)
