I am recently married (2 years!!) and am learning how to cook meals for my husband. Meals that consist more then boxed ingredients!! I am enjoying cooking but love baking even more!! Chocolate-Chip Walnut cookies!!! Thai Chicken! Every Thanksgiving and Christmas my mom is the hostess. So the few days before we spend our evenings in the kitchen baking deserts and dishes for the holidays. I love hearing everyone's joy on the holiday! Thai Chicken. It seemed like a wierd recipie but turned out very very good!! My mother-in-law and I were baking Christmas cookies in the shape of Christmas mice. They ended up expanding in the oven and looked like Christmas Rats!!!!
