Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
This recipe was really great! I used a whole fillet of salmon, added soysauce, chilliflakes and limejuice to the mustard and honeyglaze and marinated it for 1 hour as suggested in another review . It turned out lovely - moist and tender! I will definently do this again!
