My husband and I thought this was one of the worst meals we've ever had. Chicken dry and tasteless, sauce(?) awful, just all around bad. If you make all the changes everyone says to make then you aren't making this recipe anyway.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

I didn't care for this cake. I thought it was bland and dry. Also, it stuck to my pans terribly! But my husband really liked it so it gets 4 stars.

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

These are the BEST Shish Kabobs I have ever had! Put the bacon around the chicken.....it makes it SO GOOD. Thanks for this great recipe.

Easy Hawaiian Chicken Packets

I must have done something wrong. The chicken was so dry you couldn't cut it. There was no juice in the packet when it was opened. It didn't leak out, there just wasn't any. If I try it again which I probably won't, I will use heavy aluminum foil and maybe add more juice as suggested and just jazz it up some.

Cheesy Chicken and Chive Sauce

This recipe is excellent! If you play with the ingredients a little you can flavor it towards whatever you want. I added some salt and pepper. If the sauce gets too thick just add a little more milk. The parmesan gave it a slight Alfredo taste which was good. I thought the amount of chives was too much but it was fine (I used dried.) Might use a little more garlic next time. All in all this chicken is VERY good!

My Country Style Steak

This was just ok. The taste was alright. I cut down on the salt. If I made it again I would not cut the meat up so small, maybe just in half.

Cream Cheese, Garlic, and Chive Stuffed Chicken

I don't know what everyone else saw in this recipe. My husband and I both thought it was awful. It never really looked done because it was so pale and white. Because of this I overcooked it. It still wouldn't have been ok because we just didn't like the taste.

Microwave Spiced Nuts

Not very good. Not enough flavor. Not enough to cover and stick to the nuts. Also the nuts were soggy, not crisp. Won't make again.

Crumby Potatoes

Double Cheese Casserole

This was ok for something quick. A glorified hamburger helper. Pretty bland, even after I added some garlic and seasoned salt. Would also make it a little more liquidy. Was kind of dry. Kids would probably like this.

Fried Cinnamon Strips

I had these at a party one time and never could figure out how they made them. These are SO GOOD!!! You just have to watch that you don't sit and eat the whole batch.
