Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole
I followed the recipe to a 'T,' and it was amazing. I had previously made a similar recipe out of Martha Stewart's Everyday Food that was not nearly as moist and yummy. This was excellent.

Kona Chicken

Chicken Tortilla Soup I
This recipe is absolutely perfect. You do not need to add or change a thing. Everyone I've served it to raves about it; it's really that good.
