About this Cook
I am a Solitary Wiccan,Indian and Irish, love to grow things, love my cats, dogs and my boisterous parrot Romeo. I am so lucky to have a best friend that loves food as much as i do,we are constantly exchanging ideas. :)
My favorite things to cook
I love to make indian tacos, and anything with pasta.
My cooking triumphs
I think my indian tacos rock!
My cooking tragedies
When i was a newlywed,i made my first pot of beans and onions. My hubby just HAD to go tell his brother something! Silly me,i left the beans cooking while we went to visit.3 hours later we returned to a smoke filled house, with cats freaking out all over the place, poor dears! LOL

Root Beer Pork Chops
This makes for the tastiest chops! I only added a squirt of orange just before serving. Yummy!

Harvested Chicken Stew
This is Delicious! Finicky hubby was wild about it,ate so much his tummy hurt,LOL. Out of my own preference,i left out the zuke, cut the broth back to 4 cups, added a can of mexicali corn,2 teaspoons of chili powder and wow! Hubby wants this in his thermos tomorrow! Thank you for this delicious recipe!
